WHO WE ARE

GEORGIA'S VOICE provides a vital service to young women in Cornwall,

offering free, safe spaces where they can talk, be heard, and receive support since 2020.

However, the charity recognises that supporting individual young women is not enough!

FAMILIES also need greater support

to create lasting change.

When parents are equipped with the right tools and knowledge, they are better able to support their children, leading to improved mental health outcomes for the whole family.

Georgia's Voice vision is to extend it's provision to parents so that children and young people can receive better support.

SILVIA CAUSO supports women to become self empowered, self lead, self sufficient.

She is a Trauma-informed Coach and a Partner of The Mental Wellbeing Company.

She lives in Cornwall and she is passionate about supporting women by helping them to overcome the unconscious limitations and blocks due to unresolved trauma and challenging past experiences.

She is a creative at heart and a visionary and a great believer in personal and collective social responsibility and proactive action taking.

She loves pulling together individuals, organisations, businesses to join forces and work towards a worthy cause that make a impactful difference to many.

The Mental Wellbeing Company believes that integrating Trauma-Informed Awareness with Positive Psychology is an absolute must as the next-generation solution for the growing mental health crisis across all demographics of society and across all environments including:

schools, business, organisations

and local communities.

Trauma Informed & Positive Psychology education, practices, and coaching are

proving to be among the most effective ways to improve mental health and wellbeing.

You are a business, organisation, community group with at heart a deep commitment to staff's mental health and wider social impact. Recognising that well-being extends beyond the workplace, your organisation actively seeks new approaches to mental health, which, equally, enhance employee well-being as well as productivity and efficiency in the workplace while also create a ripple effect in the

local community.

By prioritising both your team’s well-being and the wider community, you embody a forward-thinking approach where business success and social impact go hand in hand.
